Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over €120 (or equivalent local currency) for all countries listed above.
The threshold is based on your order total before discounts.

Duties & Taxes

You may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. If you refuse to pay these fees, your package may be returned or destroyed by customs. If we receive the returned item, we will deduct any shipping, duty, or customs fees from your refund.

Additional Information

Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been processed.
If your order is returned to us because it was not collected, we will not be able to re-ship it. A refund will be issued minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.
