Return & Exchange Policy

Please feel free to contact us if you would like to return any item purchased from the mon tiroir official website.

Before initiating your return, please ensure that your purchase was made on montiroir.com and carefully review the return policy below:

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The fee depends on the courier chosen.
  • You may return any item within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged item, incorrect order), mon tiroir will cover the return shipping cost.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted or refunded.

To initiate a return, you can submit a request through your account on montiroir.com or email us at info@montiroir.co. Please note that we currently do not support online exchanges.

Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. If the return does not meet our conditions, the item will be returned to you. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund for the product purchase price only (shipping fees excluded).
